How are article corrections handled?

When errors or updates are needed, the article body is corrected and the modification date (dateModified) is updated in the metadata. Reader correction suggestions are accepted via email at chacott0518@gmail.com. Transparency in corrections is a core principle; significant changes are noted with an edit history at the bottom of the article.

Steps in the Correction Process

The process follows these steps: receive correction report → editorial review → correct body content → update dateModified → note edit history if necessary. Simple typo or link corrections require no edit history notation; corrections to content or factual information do. Articles related to Korea SGI (韓國SGI) and Soka Gakkai (創価学会) are also updated when relevant official announcements change.

How to Request a Correction

Readers can report issues by emailing chacott0518@gmail.com with the article URL, description of the error, and supporting evidence (source). The editorial team reviews and responds within 48 hours. Since accurate information is a core ACA Magazine principle, reader reports are actively welcomed.
